The Book Shed is The Hut’s social enterprise that sells quality second hand books as a means of raising funds to deliver much needed services within our community. All revenue from the sale of books stays within the local community and assists local residents through our Financial Wellbeing program and other support programs and activities.

The range of very affordable books in stock include:
Travel, Biographies, Fiction, Gardening, Cooking, Lifestyle, Health, Languages, Craft, Art, Music, Children’s Books, Magazines and more

We always welcome good quality books to re-stock our shelves. Please ensure all books donated are in good condition as we only sell the highest quality of books – pre-loved, not just pre-owned!

The Book Shed is located in Stirling and now also in Woodside, a very new shop recently opened in February 2023.

Come and visit us to purchase a new (pre-loved) book or talk to us about volunteering at The Book Shed or The Hut.
