Exercise is an important part of enhancing your physical and mental wellbeing, and exercising with others is also a great way to make social connections.

A range of community fitness programs are offered by The Hut that aim to assist individuals to improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.

Classes are run by trained instructors and are tailored to suit the needs and abilities of all participants.
