Each week during school term, we’re lucky to welcome students from Stirling East Primary School who come to support our food pantry. Accompanied by a teacher or parent, these young helpers arrive before school to assist our volunteers in setting up the pantry and preparing our pop-up op shop. Their involvement brings fresh energy to our space and creates a wonderful opportunity for connection across generations.
What began as a small gesture of support has grown into a meaningful partnership, and we’re excited to see it continue to flourish. To celebrate this growing collaboration, we’re inviting community members to a special School Choir and Band Performance this Monday, 10am–11am, at Stirling East Primary School. Hosted by the school’s students and teachers, the morning will feature live music followed by a relaxed morning tea.
It’s a lovely chance to enjoy the talents of our local young people, catch up with others in the community, and see firsthand the spirit of collaboration in action.
Transport is available upon request. Everyone is welcome — we’d love to see you there!
