Chair Yoga is a full yoga program on Saturday mornings at The Hut that can be done seated or standing.
Gentle stretching and strengthening movements are incorporated with relaxation and breathing.
Chair Yoga can be helpful for:
- Those with mobility problems
- Releasing stress
- Building self esteem
- Injury recovery
Saturdays at 10am to 11:15am with a social cuppa afterwards.
