Proudly coordinated by The Hut Community Centre,  we look forward each year to the Stirling Community Christmas Pageant, an event which has become the highlight of the festive season in Stirling.

This year the date for the Pageant is Sunday 8th December 2019, with the parade commencing at the new time of 4pm.
The theme for 2019 is ‘Back to Nature’. There are lots of options, you can create something to do with nature or even have an Eco friendly recycling focus. We look forward to seeing all of the floats on the day.

The parade attracts community groups and businesses from the Adelaide Hills area who create amazing colourful floats and entertain the crowd. After the parade the community is invited to the twilight Christmas Fair on Stirling Oval for an array of entertainment from live music, children’s entertainment, bouncy castle, animals, sideshows, face painting,  and food stalls. A new feature this year is the inclusion of many market stalls so come along and shop for some interesting Christmas gifts at the cooler time of day.

The Adelaide Hills Council offers a $250 prize to the school or community group who best portrays the Pageant theme.

We will be drawing The Hut Community Centre Christmas Raffle at the Fair.

We encourage community groups to get involved by having the opportunity to fund-raise for their group by running a food stall. If you would like to be more involved in this great community event, there are plenty of opportunities – registrations will be finalised by October 31st 2019 so please get your nomination in now.
