Claymation

Join us at Woorabinda in Stirling for an action packed workshop and make your own claymation movie.

Participants will create their own plasticine characters and learn how to bring them to life using the app Atop Motion Studio. The finished videos will be screened to the group and uploaded to YouTube via the GooRoo Animation Workshops channel to be shared with friends and family. The workshop provides the knowledge and inspiration to start making movies at home.

Lego Animation

When: Wednesday 9th January 2019

Participants will learn how to bring Lego to life using the Stop Motion Studio App available on mobile devices. The finished videos will be screened to the group and uploaded to YouTube via GooRoo Animation Workshops channel to be shared with friends and family. The workshops are designed to inspire and provide the knowledge and tools to start making movies at home. All Lego is provided but kids are also welcome to bring in their favourite sets to work with.

See and learn about venomous snakes from Snake Catchers Adelaide.

The presenter will be doing his talk and demonstration from in a pit with the venomous snakes, so that everyone can be close, they can hear and see well and can ask questions. The demonstration suits people from all ages and everyone will get something out of it.

Come along and enjoy this unique experience to actually be close to venomous snakes and get an idea of their behaviour.
