These are very popular groups and are suitable for all ages and abilities. Anyone wanting to improve their fitness levels and want a challenge are encouraged to join. It is a GREAT way to meet new people.

1.30pm (Approx 2 hours)

9.30am (Approx 2 hours)

9am (Approx 2 hours)
1st Sunday of each month
