Chair Yoga is a full yoga programme that can be done seated or standing.
Gentle stretching and strengthening movements are incorporated with relaxation and breathing.
Chair yoga is helpful for:
- Those that have mobility issues
- Releasing stress
- Building self esteem
- Injury recovery
Saturdays at 10am – 11.15am with a social cuppa afterwards
